Jennifer Murphy

Jennifer has worked with ThreePoint for over six years and she brings a deep passion for helping clients create a high-performance culture and a positive people environment to her work. She works with clients to improve the effectiveness of broad-based pay programs, sales incentives, and executive compensation plans. In addition, she works with clients to clarify roles, highlight key accountabilities, and design inspiring career trajectories. Jennifer's work at ThreePoint spans a wide range of industries including professional services, education, tech, and manufacturing.

Before joining ThreePoint, Jennifer was the Vice President of Compensation and Benefits for HUB International. Prior to that role, she had similar roles at DraftFCB and Andrew Corporation. Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent five years at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, where she served clients across industries in the areas of human capital and compensation.

Jennifer earned a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. Jennifer spends her free time with her husband and two teenage children. In addition, she volunteers for the Atlanta Ronald McDonald Charities, Girl Scouts of America, Chamblee Charter High School, Chamblee Middle School and the Our Lady of the Assumption Parish.
