Prior to starting ThreePoint, David was a Partner at both L.E.K. Consulting, where he advised clients on growth strategy and SCA Consulting, where he founded the firm’s European business and advised clients on executive compensation and organizational effectiveness. David has also been a consultant at Towers Perrin and Marakon Associates. David has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago. David is currently on the Advisory Board and Executive Compensation Committee of Michelman, Inc. a successful private company in Cincinnati, Ohio. Outside of work, David enjoys cycling and spending time with his family.
Julie Fahey
Prior to starting ThreePoint, Julie was a consultant with SCA Consulting and Mercer Consulting, working primarily with corporate clients in the fields of executive compensation, broad-based compensation, and performance measurement. Julie graduated summa cum laude from the Honors Program at the University of Notre Dame. She received a B.S. in Chemistry, with a minor in Anthropology, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. In her free time she enjoys hiking and backpacking, traveling, and attending theater. |

David Rhoads is the Managing Director and co-founder of ThreePoint Consulting, with over twenty-three years of consulting experience. David has served as an advisor to senior executives and boards at over 100 clients in the US and abroad with a particular emphasis in recent years on professional service firms, education and other service-oriented businesses.
Julie Fahey is a Principal and co-founder of ThreePoint Consulting, with ten years of consulting experience. In addition to her corporate work, Julie has extensive experience in both the education and professional services sectors, where she helps organizations address the difficult questions surrounding compensation and performance evaluation.
